Now, he is all set to launch the Rythu Bharosa Scheme. This Scheme provides Rs. 1000 Per Month to Eligible Farmer Families. YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme
With the Name “Rythu Bharosa”, CM is trying to get the confidence vote from the Farmers of Andhra. He Promised in the election manifesto that a scheme for financial welfare of the farmers will be announced. It is decided that YSR’s Rythu Bharosa Welfare Scheme starts officially from 15th October 2019. So, the Eligible Farmer Families can expect the benefit of the scheme in the upcoming few months.
The announcement regarding the launch of the Scheme was made on 6th June by the CM during a review meeting.
Here are the Key Features of Andhra Govt’s Rythu Bharosa Financial Assistance (Incentive) Scheme :
- The Scheme Starts from 15th October 2019 Onwards
- Under this Scheme, Farmers will get Rs. 12,500 per year as an incentive
- This amount will be transferred before the sowing season (Rabbi, Khariff) Begins
- This benefit will be applicable for the Next Four Years
- All Farmers including Tenant Farmers of Andhra are Eligible for the Scheme
How to Apply for Rythu Bharosa? Online Application form or Offline
The biggest mystery is the application process. It is not sure if the farmers need to fill an online or offline application form. It is also possible that no form filling is required.

The Rythu Bharosa program is a Part of “Navratnas” i.e. 9 Promises that were made during the election campaign. It feels good when ministers do stand by their word & implement welfare schemes. All States should take this as an example and must introduce new welfare schemes for the farmers.
